Schedule

Each day follows a clear arc: we start with embodied movement (yoga/5Rhythms) to drop into the body, then move into inside-out workshops that layer Eastern mindfulness (noting, body-scan, loving awareness), Western psychology (IFS-informed empathy, circling, somatic release, Map of Consciousness), and Southern shamanic ritual (tea ceremony, elements blessings) to build presence, courage, and connection; after a mid-day break for rest and nourishment, we reconvene for guided group ceremony and evening integrations—progressing across the week through the pillars of Mind → Body → Spirit → Heart → Soul.
